Huggable coke machine

 Coke’s got a new vending machine that doesn’t take cash. Instead, it’s rigged to spew out sodas whenever it’s, um, hugged. Located on-site at the National University of Singapore, the cuddly dispenser has “Hug Me” written in the soda maker’s iconic font on the front of the unit. Even though Singapore isn’t usually known for its public displays of affection, students here are apparently following orders, based on the reaction in this clip. “Happiness is contagious,” a Coke spokesman says. “Our strategy is to deliver doses of happiness in an unexpected, innovative way.” It’ll serve as an interesting project for students studying germ theory, too.
