Dr Martens in Selfridges

Currently working towards a trend forecast for s/s 13 and so was trolling through WGSN.com when I noticed this installation on Dr Martens in Selfridges. The installation is based on the art of industrial manufacture and is set to evoke the feelings and memories of your first pair of Dr Martens.

I still remember my first pair which I still wear religiously, I love the feelings they evoke and clomping up and down the stairs in my house. The came with two pairs of laces, one black typical lace and a pair of yellow laces, initally I couldnt decide which

colour I wanted so put one on each and have never gone back.
